Daily Storage: $30–$75
Depends on vehicle size (car vs. SUV vs. truck).
After-Hours Release: +$50–$100 surcharge
If you want to retrieve your car outside business hours, add this.
Administrative Fee: Variable
If law enforcement impounded the vehicle, there may be court-ordered fees. We don't set these, but we'll explain them.
The Release Process
Step 1: Confirm Ownership
Show ID and proof of vehicle ownership (registration, insurance). Both matter.
Step 2: Clear Legal Status
If police impounded it, you need clearance paperwork. If it was abandoned parking, the property manager may have filed a lien. We confirm legal status. Most vehicles release quickly. Some require police clearance first.
Step 3: Pay Storage & Fees
Impound fee, storage (per day), and any administrative charges. We accept cash and card.
Step 4: Inspect Vehicle
Walk around with our lot attendant. Confirm condition. Note any damage (hail, dings, scratches). We document everything.
Step 5: Keys & Documentation
We return your keys. You sign release paperwork. You're free to drive or arrange further repair.
What Documentation Do We Need?
ID (driver's license or passport)
Vehicle registration (or ownership proof)
Insurance card (helps with claims)
Police release paperwork (if applicable)
Ask our attendant if anything else is required. Policies vary by reason for impound.
Can I Get My Car Before 30 Days?
Yes. Storage bills accumulate. Day 1 = $30–$75. Day 5 = $150–$375. Most people retrieve quickly to avoid charges. You're not forced to wait.
What If the Car Won't Start?
It happens. Batteries die in storage. Our attendant can jump-start for an additional fee. Or we can help with other roadside issues before you leave the lot.
